Full Description
Our Performance Management Training & Certification Program provides details for establishing and maintaining an effective performance management system. This course teaches managers and employees to set and track goals to meet corporate and personal objectives, shows how to perform performance appraisals, and teaches managers how to effectively coach, train, and support their team members to top performance!

This self-paced course qualifies for 4 hours of PHR/SPHR re-certification credits and can be completed either at one time or over several sessions.

The student will have access to this course for 1 year. This self-directed course can be completed within 90 days or sooner depending on time and learning capabilities of the student.



Outcomes:
This course contains numerous End Of Lesson Quizzes to help you measure your progress and mastery of the materials. You can also earn a "Fundmentals of Performance Management" certificate!


Assessment:
Successful completion of the "Fundmentals of Performance Management" test! Certification tests are comprised of 50 randomly-generated questions that are mostly multiple choice, scenario-based questions that test the students ability to apply the learned content. A score of 85 or higher is required to earn a Certificate.
