Course Description


One of the greatest abilities of leaders - whether in management positions or on the front line - is the ability to see the root of problems and quickly enact effective solutions. This series will pass on some of the skills and tips that will help you to better identify problems, find their causes, and get their solutions under way.


Outcome
By completing this course you will learn to:
  1. Describe how productive thinking differs from reproductive thinking
  2. Identify the six steps for thinking productively
  3. Define reproductive and productive thinking
  4. Identify the three levels of reproductive thinking

Assessment
Students may master the course/s by achieving a percentage at or above 70% for each individual lesson, through their scoring results of the course questions, the skill assessment, or a combination of both.
