Course Instructor: Matthew Dyke

Matthew has been training people on computers for 20 years. Starting his career training Temporary Employees in New York City on how to operate an IBM Mainframe Word Processing System, his skills transitioned into DOS applications like WordPerfect and Lotus 1-2-3 and then into the Windows and Microsoft Office world that we know today. Throughout the past two decades, in addition to the Temporary Services industry, Matthew has worked training students and providing technical support and consulting services in a variety of other industries such as Television, Architectural, Satellite, Federal Government and Homeland Security, Pharmaceutical and the Oil Industry as well as extensive Retail work and has managed Technology Training Programs for Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds and CompUSA.

In the past 8 years, working as a Technology Training Consultant, Matthew has also assisted with the delivery, development, management and technical support of Training Programs for the Proprietary Applications written by organizations such as the United States Postal Service, Circuit City, FedEx/Kinko’s, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Parke-Davis, StorageUSA and Qknow.
