Description: An annual review can help you keep your employees happy, engaged, and focused. It is human nature to want to succeed. Giving your employees feedback on their positive and critical needs attributes is part of the pathway to success. A poorly designed annual review can have the reverse effect.

Description: It is an inevitable fact that when people are working together personalities can and will clash.  Office Politics is about creating and maintaining better relationships. It is about communicating and working with your peers and colleagues in a way that is mutually beneficial. Employees who understand the positive aspects of Office Politics are better team members and end up being more successful and productive.

Description: Team building is an important part of the work experience. It is not only applicable to your work life, but also transfers over to your personal and social life. When working with a team, it is important to fully engage yourself. One should take the time and proper steps, to become the best team member they can be. June 5, 2019 - Project Management for Leaders

Description: This session will focus on training leaders about the supportive structures that need to be in place in order for our project managers to have the greatest chance for success. It includes the availability of additional training for your project managers and the policies, templates and techniques recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI). 
 

July 3, 2019 - Performance Management & Metrics

Description: Apply a measurement-based approach to assess organizational performance, including that of individual contributors. Learn how to prepare metrics of timeliness, quality, economy and efficiency, and how to apply those metrics in determining the adequacy of agency performance in producing and delivering program goods and services. Understand how to apply analytic methods in determining the cause of performance shortcomings and the potential for cost savings. 
 
Aug. 7, 2019 - Coaching & Mentoring to Bring Out the Best in Others

Description: The Coaching and Mentoring workshop focuses on how to better coach your employees to higher performance. Coaching is a process of relationship building and setting goals. How well you coach is related directly to how well you are able to foster a great working relationship with your employees through understanding them and strategic goal setting.

Description: Once you learn the techniques of true Leadership and Influence, you will be able to build the confidence it takes to take the lead. The more experience you have acting as a genuine leader, the easier it will be for you to influence others (above you, below you or your peers) without having to flex your authoritative muscle.
